I am an award-winning journalist with a proven track record as a cross-media storyteller across multiple platforms -- Print, Television, Internet Radio, and Digital Media. 

Starting in editorial roles in organizations like 'The Telegraph' and 'Deccan Herald’, I went on to work at the cross-section of content and business in top organizations, including angel investing platform LetsVenture; a pioneering platform for the exchange of cutting-edge ideas and inspiring stories INKTalks (formerly INK Conference in association with TED); and platform for inspiring startup stories YourStory.

At LetsVenture, I drove digital marketing, branding, and communications for its various business verticals. Here’s the link to the latest report on the private market outlook for 2024 that my team and I brought out.  I also started a platform called Compass to write long-form, insightful articles on different aspects of private market investing and funding for startups.

I also helped with content & marketing strategies for LetsVenture's 600-plus startup portfolio companies, including mentoring, cohort-based learning, and storytelling and brand-building workshops.

In my eight-and-a-half-year stint in YourStory, I have not only written compelling stories of the ecosystem, including an award-winning one, but have also taken on leadership roles in managing the editorial and communication deliverables of the organisation.

My expertise lies at the intersection of content strategy & creation, communication, and brand building.

I have a proven track record of creating impact with my storytelling using innovative means (through text, podcast, or video) to reach audiences and grow the brand. I started a new vertical on YourStory called SMBStory in 2018 and took it from zero to a million page views in under a year. I have conducted online and offline events to bring all stakeholders in the SMB ecosystem to push the cause of digital-first. 

I have spoken at various startup & corporate events, including TiEDelhi’s annual conference, and was part of a high-profile jury for the ‘Heroes of Bengaluru Award’ in 2018.

I also completed a Life Skills Training programme, interpersonal communication and listening skills, from Parivarthan: Counselling, Training, and Research Centre, Bangalore.
